Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is a $3 surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed before shipment of your order. Be sure you add your e-mail address to recieve updates on your order

 

Money Orders

We accept money orders in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

 

International & Customs

In the case of International orders, the customer will cover all custom fees or related costs. Our customers are held responsible and should know what can or cannot be legally imported into their country. We cannot be held responsible for items that end up getting seized by law enforcement (Customs, state law enforcement, federal law enforcement or the likes). International shipments via US or foreign carriers are required to have insurance on items that are to be shipped; this should be done prior to shipping. Three Monkeys Defense LLC cannot be held responsible for shipping costs, shipping costs are non- refundable.

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 10:00AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 10:00 AM will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Shipping can be delayed beyond one day.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Three Monkeys Defense or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Should the shipping charges differ greatly in price the extra charge may be charged to you at Three Monkeys Defense desecration.

Laws and Legality

Stun Guns Shipping Restrictions:

Please Note: Stun Guns are illegal in the state of  Massachusetts, Rhode Island and U.S. Virgin Islands. They are also illegal in Chicago, Illinois, The District of Columbia and Nassau County, New York.

We will not ship to California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Virgin Island, Washington, Washington D.C., Wisconsin, or any state listed above.

We WILL NOT SHIP to the above locations or any other location where they are illegal. If you live in an area where they are illegal please refrain from purchasing Stun guns. We will NOT Ship to you and will remove the items from your order. 

Laws Change frequently and we reserve the right to refuse to ship to any state per law and/or Three Monkeys discretion.

Blank Guns Shipping Restrictions:

Please Note: Blank Guns are illegal in the state of Maryland, New Jersey, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico. They are also illegal in the City of Chicago, IL , Aurora, IL and Topeka, KS. State of California (except TV/Movie studios or third party prop suppliers, stage acting theaters, licensed firearms dealers, schools and universities, and state or fed. Governmental agencies)

 

We WILL NOT SHIP to the above locations or any other location where they are illegal. If you live in an area where they are illegal please refrain from purchasing Blank guns. We will NOT Ship to you and will remove the items from your order.

 

BB and Pellet Guns Shipping Restrictions:

BB and Pellet Guns are illegal in New York City & it's 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens & Staten Island. They are also illegal in Washington, DC , Philadelphia, PA , Chicago, IL , San Francisco , CA and in the state of New Jersey. 

 

Gravity Knives (Butterfly and OTF):

We WILL NOT SHIP to the States: Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Washington or any other location where they are illegal. If you live in an area where they are illegal please refrain from purchasing. We will NOT Ship to you and will remove the items from your order.

 

Automatic Knives Agreement:

IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STATUTES REGARDING INTERSTATE SHIPPING OF AUTOMATIC KNIVES, WholesaleBlades requests that you read carefully the requirements set forth below, and agree to this prior to your purchase or receipt of any automatic opening knife from our company.

 

Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions:

1. to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;

2. an active Armed Forces member or employee acting in the performance of his or her duty;

3. to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National Guard, or militia of a State, Territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;

4. to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of an State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory;

5. to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4.

6. Three Monkeys will not sell automatic opening knives to any customer unless such sale or receipt of Product Service return is made in compliance with one or more of the above conditions.

By signing and submitting this form, you (Three Monkeys Customer/Buyer) hereby recognize and acknowledge that it is your responsibility as the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable laws (local, state, federal and international) in regard to the possession or purchase of any item from Three Monkeys. You further hereby represent and certify that your purchase or ownership of automatic opening knives from Three Monkeys meets one or more of the criteria set forth above and agree to use these knives in connection of duties as described above in sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

 

Three Monkeys warrants the above to be true according to the best available information. Buyers shall be responsible for verifying local, states, and federal laws.
